StaffThe staff who work at Nomansland Pre-school are Claire Joyce, Becky Aymes, Jane Hayward, Jen Funnell and Becci Hayward, supported by Emma Coleman: Claire Joyce is the Pre-school Play Leader and joined the staff in December 2009. Claire completed her NVQ3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development in 2007 and is now studying towards her Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies at Winchester University. Claire has previously worked as a Deputy in a village pre-school, Acting Supervisor in a children’s centre nursery and Deputy Manager for an after school and holiday club. Becky Aymes is Pre-school Deputy Play Leader and joined the staff in April 2008. Becky holds an NVQ3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, and has been involved in the pre-school community for a number of years, primarily as a parent and later as Secretary for the pre-school committee. Jane Hayward is Pre-school Deputy Play Leader and joined the staff in April 2006. Jane holds an NVQ3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and has been involved with the pre-school for many years. From 1987 until 2002 Jane helped run the Landford Methodist Toddler Group. Jane also teaches physical education at the New Forest Primary School and has lived locally for over 25 years with her husband and, more recently, five children. Jen Funnell is a Pre-school Assistant and joined the staff in September 2009. Jen has an NVQ 2 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, and is currently studying for Level 3. Jen has been involved with the pre-school for some time in her capacity as a childminder. Becci Hayward is a Pre-school Assistant and joined the staff in September 2009. Becci is currently studying for an NVQ 2 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Becci also coaches gymnastics, netball and trampolining locally to groups from three years of age through to adults. Emma Coleman is the pre-school’s Administrative Support Officer and joined the staff in September 2007. Emma has been involved with the pre-school for a number of years as Admissions Coordinator and continues in this committee role. A local mother of three children, she has also been involved with running the Bramshaw Bunnies and Landford Methodist Toddler Groups for a number of years. |
